How to bootstrap and launch your venture for $25k! - HBS/NC

HBS/NC entrepreneur networking series featuring panel discussion and networking.
Event Date: Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 at 6:00pm

Come join your peer entrepreneurs for the monthly entrepreneurs networking series featuring a brief panel discussion followed by open mic. Discover if you're ready to bootstrap, the models that are ideal for bootstrapping, outsourcing sites that work and what really doesn't work.

We are expanding the format for these HBSA/NC "Second Wednesday" Networking Series. These events feature leading entrepreneurs to offer cutting business insights in a rapid fire format: 1 minute responses by 3-4 panelists during a short 30 minute forum, directly preceded by a food and drink reception and networking.

In this month's event, learn whether your business type is “bootstrap-able” and how to manage and make the most of your money from some of the leading entrepreneurs in the Bay Area. Free food - a boot-strapping staple!

Some of the questions you'll get answers to:

  • How much money do you really need?
  • If you have $25K, how should you spend it?
  • What are successful boot-strap models?
  • You know you're a boot-strapper when...?
  • Why should you boot-strap?
  • When to out-source, and how to manage it?
  • How to set and achieve milestones?
